The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation offers great value for money, and the room was beautiful, comfortable and nicely decorated, with a lovely style.

Unfortunately, the balcony and the swimming pool were not very clean, especially the balcony. Also, I believe a suite should offer more amenities. Also, I expected a few more amenities from a suite. There was practically nothing provided in the room (e.g. bathrobes, slippers, coffee). We also had no towels when we arrived, which I assume was simply an oversight. Slippers would have been particularly useful, especially since the balcony did not give the impression of being very clean. Another point is the advertised size of 110 square metres. The actual indoor living space certainly did not feel more than 50, so I assume a significant part of the advertised area includes the terrace.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares! Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. La atención de recepción ante un error con la habitación.

Al estar vacío, el mantenimiento en algunas áreas es muy escaso y faltan detalles como, te dejan estropajo pero no jabón, nos cambiamos de habitación ya que la cama no correspondía i el la siguiente no había ni estropajo, ni jabón, ni sartén, ni cojines de la misma medida. Insisto, el hotel está vacío y se entiende la falta de mantenimiento en algunos aspectos por falta de pressupuesto, pero lo que comento es cuestión de detalles no de dinero.
Las instalaciones bien. La cocineta está equipada con microondas, refri y artículos de cocina básicos, suficiente para preparar algunos alimentos. El hotel está prácticamente nuevo, muy bien diseñado y cómodo. Todo muy bonito y limpio. Las 2 albercas para adultos muy bien. Tienen alberca para niños pequeños excelente si vas con niños. Los acabados de las habitaciones muy bien. Por la temporada baja estuvo súper el precio que pagamos. La chica de recepción súper amable. Todo super bien, a mi familia y a mi nos encantó

Que no estaba funcionando el restaurante
Las piscinas me parecieron de lo mejor ya que cuenta con 3 y ambas son grandes y limpias. Además de que las habitaciones tienen su cocina.

En el baño hacia falta un tapete y la puerta del baño no cerraba.
